Javelin Web Tools Working Offline Again

When Javelin was first created, the web tools could be used offline. That worked for a couple of years, but due to changes in the dependencies, it stopped working a while ago.

Today's web build should restore offline usage of the web tools again. You'll need to make sure you're on a recent version of the website first (easiest seen on the create firmware page - it should show 2026-08-08 or later), after that, I expect that you should be able to use it without an internet connection.
